If you can start the motor do that and let it run a minute so the heads heat up a little. Aluminum expands more than steel so the spark plugs come out of the heads easier when it's warmed up.
Better just warm and not up to operating temperature. If the motor is at operating temp let it cool off a little before removing the stuck plugs.
The penetrating oil mentioned sprayed in there with the little straw attachment will help too.
