There is a pelican who owns graffhaus in Santa Cruz, he has got a product he calls topcoat. It is kind of a seal like rain shield, except this works on matte finishes without giving any gloss to the finish.

Kozmo, I know ppg makes a product, "flex and flat", however, this shop is HIGH END, and they use glasurit. Furthermore, this and California, voc regulations seem to cause problems.

Please post some more shots of your car when you get it out in the open again.
I will post some pics ,it even looks real good cleaned up on jack stands

You might be right about the PPG I think that is what they sprayed mine with . Our restoration shop uses Glasurit products to , maybe ask our painter what he would use . They have to have water base correct ? I have in's at another shop and all they use is water base I can ask him about it to . I will give them a ring tomorrow and get back to you . But the dust ??? there must be something wrong with the paint booth to get it in the paint ...
