Hi Jesper, just a thought while all nuts and bolts are on table, perhaps what I would do

1) Take all screws, nuts and bolts
--> push them thru labelled (like 1, 2, 3) cardboard pieces, so that the order is not lost

2) Take the cardboard pieces to a specialist nut/bolt store - buy new ones with same spec (or perhaps stainless steel)... same length, same thread.
- ask the shop to find the replacements... they can do it in 15 minutes, while for you it would take ages.

If some of the fasteners look not correct, check from WSM what is (period) correct.

It makes a whole lot of a difference, if you use new and correct fasteners. And only costs perhaps 20-30 dollars for you...
