I'll say this: a 33 year old car that has sat for at least the last 6 years is going to need attention.
Wheel bearings, dried out suspension bushings, leaks, brakes hoses and maybe sticky calipers that sort of thing. Maybe some of the fuel head / CIS stuff too. And with 127k and never been apart, you probably desperately need exhaust valve guides and might have some tired syncro's in the trans.
So value questions aside, it's going to need some TLC.

But it looks like a great car. These cars have jumped up in value no doubt.Since you mentioned you'd have to sell the NA 911 to get to the 930, the money is not a non-issue. Be prepared that you might need to have about $15k within easy reach while you sort the car out depending on how much you can DIY. Regardless of the fact that the market has risen on these, like a home's value, you don't realize that value unless you sell it. A car bought for $30k might need $15k if you plan to keep it... regardless if you could sell it for $50k.
