Your alarm will have 1 or 2 kill circuits. If they have made the cuts around the fuse box you should be able to tell as a pair of wires will go back to the alarm box. Maybe even an external relay attached to the alarm.

They cut one or more of the fuel, starter or ignition. Generally these cuts are done under the dash. But in a 911 the fuel pump wiring is accessible and identifiable at the fuse box. So hunt around for an obvious cut connected to after market wiring.

Can you determine the voltage at the battery when cranking? Can you verify the sluggish cranking with another battery?

Take no notice of the fuse allocations in my picture. I am going to get all new fuses. I chucked these in as I was testing after a clean up.
