Can I just use a jack under the engine and remove the engine mount bolts and lower it down to re situate the seal?
I believe that if the diaphragm is ruptured the car should barley idle and gas will be going into the air cleaner from the wur vent port. Alternatively, you could pressurize the wur with a Mitivac to 5 psi and see if it holds pressure.

Loosen the bolts where the console attaches to cross beam, level the powertrain and re-torque those bolts.
