When I was using K27 turbos I went to a local bolt supply place and bought five 4" or 5" long stainless steel 10x1,5mm bolts with 17mm wrench size heads. They were cheaper when buying 5 or more.
I cut off enough of the bolt shank to make 4 studs for the turbo with a die grinder with a cut off wheel and then beveled the sharp edge.
Worked great on the turbo with high temp antiseize on the threads, they cost less than plain steel studs, and they never rusted into the turbo housing.
Then I used the remaining stainless bolts that were now around 2" or 3" long on the motor mount and some other places.
