It looks like I'll be converting my 80 931 to CIS-E with a Mercedes V8 fuel distributor from 86-91 560 5.6L V8, 2 ports per injector, and running the FrankenCIS to control it.

I have the FrankenCIS interface and the fuel distributor locked in, but it is going to be a long process of learning and gathering/making parts to come.

I started all this planning to build an adjustable boost sensing WUR and other mods to squeeze every last drop of fuel out of my OEM CIS-Lambda after boosting to around 1 Bar.
With this system I should have much better AFR control and never have to worry about running out of fuel again. I read the distributor is good to 500+hp, I highly doubt I'll ever need near that much fuel no matter how wild I go with the turbo and engine in the future.

I'm as excited as a kid on Xmas morning..
