Lean Fault codes 594, 356, 358

My 2003 986 S, has 140,000 mi. I was driving home and the check engine light came on. My gas tank was low (about 1/8) and the car seemed to be running okay so I filled it with gas (93 Octane) and drove home. I have a durametric, which gave me the following errors:
Engine Module
P1101 - Porsche fault code 594 - Input variables charge - measurement
P1126 - Porsche fault code 356 - Oxygen sending adaptation - lower load range bank 1
P1133 - Porsche fault code 358 - Oxygen sending adaptation - lower load range bank 2
Instrument cluster module:
9114 PCM control unit
Automatic air conditioning module:
38 PCM CAN timeout fault

The car was running fine so I reset the faults, then the real trouble started, the engine died immediately. It will restart easily but runs very rough for 5 10 seconds and sputters out, regardless of how much gas is applied.

I saw a 2010 post "M97/21 engine swap, using 986 ECU" about someone with the same car and year but swapped the engine to a larger engine and he had the same three engine module faults. The post suggested it was related to lean fuel caused by a intake tube mismatch with his new engine and the MAF sensors not calibrated for the new situation.

I did not make any changes, my car has run well for years until today, any suggestions?
