very rough warm up '77 930

after cold starting and running normally, a few weeks ago the car started but when we started moving it ran very rough for about 2 minutes and everything was normal for the rest of the day and about 300 miles. the next day the same and then on the 3rd day everything was back to normal and for the next week or so and 2,000 miles, which brings us to the present. any ideas?
