fuel line replacement: stop me before I shoot the car !

1986 911 fuel line replacement. This is the line that comes from the fuel filter; travels under the fuel injection; then tee's just behind the fan housing and runs of to each fuel manifold/ log.

Question: ii it required to remove all the fuel injection components to get to the fuel line to replace it ?

Hi Chris,

You should probably ask this in the 911 forum. This is the 930 forum and not many 1986 911 experts here.

I did this on my 85 NA several years ago. I have heard it is almost impossible to R/R with the intake on. but my intent at the time was for a full refresh, fuel lines, vac .lines, etc. intake refresh.

unfortunately the alum polishing has slowly lost the luster, but still looks great.

good luck.
