BOV bushings replacement

I have an issue replacing this bushings the "easy" way... I removed the IC and was hoping to get access to the nuts. The nuts went off, but one of the stuns in front has to be removed to get the cover off. Its not possible to have 2 nuts on it because the stud isn`t long enough for that. Does someone have a DIY to remove the BOV unit? A big job?
Haven`t tried to change the bushing with the cover half way off. Dont know if its possible. Maybe the bushing is flexible enough to get it between the studs, but seems impossible...

I know that one. But its impossible getting those studs off. So I just take the bov out.
