turbocharger rebuild recommendations needed
 

I have an '83 930. The original turbo was removed in working condition. Now its locked up, won't spin. Was stored properly. I suspect some small washer or tiny nut fell inside ?

Need recommendations to have it taken apart and rebuilt.
Any suggestions appreciated

Charlie has a good reputation, he's been around awhile.

Also recommend Tim's Turbos, they rebuild and modify all types of turbos and have the proper balancing equipment. I enjoy seeing their work from Facebook posts. My used K27-7200 is going to Tim for rebuilding.

I also recommend Charlie at Evergreen. He took my core K27 and modified it with some billet goodies and it's far better than new for less than the cost of new.

G Pop shope Guys sell the rebuild kit or they will make it brand new for cheap too

I just had mine done.. kits was 100 and rebuild/balance was 250
