Porsche 930 mechanic needed
In Milwaukee area all shops are tied up months . Crazy, some Chicago shops have time open but that is 100 miles away especially for smaller jobs. Anyone know someone closer who has the ability and time? I have a dozen to maintain , some small stuff, other big jobs like changing out stock suspension for coil over adjustable and just general service like brake maintenance general lube, tuning issues and repair of CIS, also highly modded air cooled motors. etc. Too bad Rarly8 or other good shops are not nearby. Also have many friends that are also getting to old that need service on their Porsches after 40+ years exotic dealer / collector.
Another idea, also thinking of a 4K sq ft shop with living quarters if someone wants to start a Porsche race / repair shop here. It was a super clean Muscle car restoration shop but now vacant. Has paint booth and elevator to the second floor for parts restoration away from the clean area. Great opportunity in a low taxed biker Hot Rod town for myself to buy / lease or someone else to just buy it and live the good life to make a good Porsche repair/ restoration business with no big city hassle. About 25 miles from Road America, Elkhart lake and 35 miles from Milwaukee in case you need the city fix. Call to discuss either situation. Tony @ VoitureLTD 414-745-4011 PS, the ask on the bldg is very reasonable.

Lived there 80 to 83. Did you know Paul Weir? Amazing Porsche guy and had the best Porsche parts inventory and repair / resto shop.

It’s even more expensive to live here now. Good luck.

Yes, then we lived on Laurelhurst dr. on the peninsula on lake Washington. Sold it for 25% more after 2 + years after 1st son ( pelican member BrocadeRed930 ) was born. Probably worth way more now.
My son recently lived in Seattle for about 3 years on Queen Anne hill till afew years ago. Same thing, did well when he sold so it is still getting pricier 30 years later possibly unless Boeing falls apart again.. When we bought in 1980 a billboard said" would the last person leaving Seattle pls turn out the lights" Boeing recovered shortly after and the boom was on again. Used to be a gold rush town so the locals just don't bother. or worry about selling so much. Great place to live. Sold a AC Bristol roadster to Bruce Mckaw (Microsoft) about 25 years ago. Nice guy.
