twin turbo intercoolers
Hi all finally have the new intercoolers fabricated and fitted after finding the other ones were choking the engine on the dyno.. New wheels also arrived from the states ...sent my own design over and had them machined. they are 3 piece but I wanted the hardware hidden 19x13s on the rears and 18x8s on the front. few more things to finish up then back on the dyne next week.. will post results ...hopefully all good..

Very cool car.
Looks like you have sized the intercoolers sufficiently with quality cores. Just want to point out that to reduce choking, the 'face' of the core where the compressed air enters should be maximized, but in the photo it is very short x narrow. Also the length of the IC that the compressed air travels is huge in the photo. The length contributes a little to choking. So again, I'm sure all is well and good luck with the results. |
It’s amazing you can stuff so much intercooler under that deck lid!
What does the connection from end tank to intake look like? |
DP motorsport decklid, plenty of space
Looking forward to see that monster on the road... |
