Throttle Elbow Replacement

G'day guys, I'm turboing my 3.2C and am fitting off the intercooler etc. On the rubber throttle elbow there is the IVC on the front, and the crank breather and brake vac line on the rear. If replacing with a silicon elbow what do you do with all that stuff?

I guess the ICV can go to the intake pipe next to the IAT sensor and BOV. The crank breather goes to a catch can? And what happens to the brake booster vac line?

Little pic of my intercooler set up which is off a Ford Territory Turbo (Australian car) that has a top mount intercooler much like a Subaru). This will allow me to use the flat engine lid.

I am using the factory rubber elbow and still have all of that plumbed in. No problems so far. I did have to add a t bolt clamp to attach the intercooler piping to it. I had to shave a little of the boot flat to get the proper width for the clamp to work properly.
