Bob, for the brakes it all starts with wheel size if 17" or larger. If yes we like to run 993 Turbo brakes up front.

The 993 Turbo front rotors feature a removable hat that one would update with new adapter hats with Zero offset to the 911 SC hubs.

But...
Those 993 Turbo front rotors are too large for 930 calipers and require 17" wheels. You should be able to use the -81 930 front rotors and hats.

Your rears should be able to run the 930 rear brake discs to match those modified calipers...I think.

Here is the early style 23mm URO Parts master. They work okay but I think you need to add a base sealing washer. Dont recall right now but supplemented before.

thanks again for the info.

I was talking to another guy who got rotors from Steve Weiner. he thinks he recalls Steve said he had to mill just a bit off the diameter on the fronts.

want to have the ability to use 16" wheels.

guess I'll wait until Steve is available after the holidays....

Yes the 993 Turbo Front Rotors are 322mm dia and you need to be 304mm. You would have to turn off some material everytime you need rotors.. Or you buy 78-80 rotor rings and special hats.

Vehicle Craft is another source for rotors they have made for this.

Found this old tread.. some got a nice package..

Bob, have a few days of good weather, so I grabbed the car, took a couple of pics for you, sorry no part numbers visible anywhere.

The fronts appear to be tuned down, look at the edge of the rotors where the drilled holes are right along the edge. You can see the clearance inside top of the caliper is very tight. Also, the adaptor hat is bolted, and my 76 hubs go on top with a spacer that came with my car, I’m pretty sure it’s the oe front spacer.

For the rears, it appears to be a standard 930 rear hat, but notice my calipers are mounted in the standard 930 location (my rear arms had the dogears, i machined flat, drilled and tapped them to fit the caliper. Stock spacer goes on top, but removed for pic. You would just need to be sure the calipers are centered over the rotor using the spacers you show in a few of your pics.

I'd love to see that, how the back of the calipers mate to the control arm.

as I was grinding away my dogears was wondering if possible to just drill/tap the control arm to use the 930 caliper bolt holes. but did not ponder this long enough to determine if that was not a viable option.
