Oil injector for piston
Tried spraying cleaner and air down injector and only 2 of 6 blew through, does that mean they are clogged or does the spring action make a sealing action?

If you are trying to blow air through the top as seen in your picture, then the spring and ball should seal. If you are blowing air through the underside via the through holes in the webbing, it should not take too much air pressure to activate them.
During my rebuild, I found most of mine were gummed up and didn't really want to clean despite the excessive use of brake cleaner. They aren't too difficult to remove and I swapped in Taormina racing's version instead.

That explains why I thought they were clogged, will try from the other side. The ones that did blow through, I assume the ball seal is gummed up. Thanks

I did it in two steps. I first used a much smaller drill bit to drill out the cap seen in your picture. That allowed me to pull out the spring and ball. Then I used a drill bit that was just a size smaller than the piston squirter body and drilled it out. The drill bit bites into the wall of the squirter and pulls it out. You do have to make sure that you remove the little tabs of the engine case that have been peened over the top of the squirter to hold it in place.

Regretfully, Pelican can not tell me the size holes for their Porsche standard oil spray valve and their oversize should be. Does anybody out there in the Porsche World know this info or will I have to order standard and return them if they are wrong? The holes in my case measure just under 6.25mm.

I'm fairly certain the standard size is 6.0 mm, but I don't remember what the over size ones are. I checked on Taormina racing's site and his over sized squirters are 6.6mm. His are meant to be drop in replacements, so I think those are your sizes.

Thanks again Jonathan for you post. I did read Taormina's info before I posted, but I do not think his sizes are for my 930 because the sprayer I pulled out measure 6.24mm. I also found another Pelican string from 2011 where they said their too measured 6.2mm. I'm thinking the late 930's had bigger OD for the bigger orifice, because my sprayer looked original.
