965 bypass valve control line connection

What is the preferred take off to connect the 965 bypass vacuum control line while installing a 76 long neck conversion? I'm thinking the logical take off would be teeing off the vacuum limiter valve control line...
Thanks in advance
Regards Ned.

There is typically a port on the intercooler, but if not ensure that you are using a line that has full manifold pressure/vacuum all the time, ie below the butterfly valve, or consider tapping into the brake booster line off the manifold, or I suppose drilling and tapping a new connection in the manifold.

In my opinion ports III and IV, the two off the front (towards the front of the vehicle) of the throttle body that point out at 90 degrees left and right are good candidates. These drive the vacuum limiter and WUR.

You'll NEVER see vacuum on top on the throttle plate. So any vacuum control line MUST be attached to a port below the throttle plate.

The intercooler is a good place to connect the wastegate. I think there may have been some confusion there. Some people call the wastegate the exhaust bypass.

Referring to what Americans call the blow off valve, or compressor bypass valve, you need un-ported manifold vacuum. In the figure below, it is labelled "A" in the bottom picture, and is shown with a blue hose.
