Off delay relay mistery

I got my off delay relay in the engine bay working. The old one was by-passed to feed the CDI. Once I installed it worked like a charm. Turned off the key and the car will idle for a couple of seconds and then turned off.

Now I got into the project of replacing the fuse box with Classic Retrofit fuse panel.
After that project the car started again to turn off once you turned the key.

I verified constant 12v on terminal 30 and switch 12 v on terminal S. I can hear it he cdi noise after turning the key off. So the CDI stays with on for a couple of seconds, so the relay is doing the job.

Question what other cable in the fuse box could I have mis-placed from constant 12v to switch 12v that could be causing this?

It felt good when it was taking it time to turn off as it should.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Ivan
