Can anyone help identify this 2.2/2.4 turbo setup?

This came with a 1970 911T project I no longer own and I have very little info on it other than previous owner was converting car to turbo but by the looks of it he never got very far. Garrett turbo setup, not sure whether it was going to be a blow through or pull through setup. It was on the original 2.2 engine but rumor was previous owner had upgraded it to the 2.4 crank/pistons. Any help or info is appreciated!

Looks like a home-built setup. without any of the induction parts there, it's hard to say. There could have been CIS on the motor and a BAE turbo type induction on top.

Looks like it suffered an engine fire. Maybe that halted the project.
