Tightening torque specs for turbo
I got these torques specs from 930 factory workshop service manual. The ones with question marks I did not find any value.
![]() Maybe I could use the same 45Nm for all M10 bolts and 23Nm for all M8 bolts except for the oil line where manual says 20Nm. But what should I use for the M6 bolts on compressor? And do I need some special thread locker here?

I don't use any torque value. Just tight. I doubt threadlocker will work on the turbo.
Nip them down tight, but not overtight. There are general specs for the size bolts if you really need numbers. Google them. Alan

I installed a TK heat shield on my K27. My recollection in talking with TK was that the bolts should be "tight", like Alan mentioned above. Given the difficult angles and various extensions/u-joints/and crows foot that would be needed with a torque wrench for those bolts, you would probably get a skewed torque value anyway, right?
