website query
Does anyone have the answer as to how to get the Pelican Parts website to accept your vehicle is a 930? It has a 'Make' section to the search function - but does not list the 930. Best I can do is 911. Which is fine for my SC but does not work for the 930. Would be useful to be able to search for 930 parts.

The Pelican software doesn't like ROW cars; either pick 1979 or 1986 for your 1982. I usually go with 1979. Same problem with Hagerty's valuation site for insurance purposes. I search out the Porsche part number via google, the dealer, or on-hand literature then plug it into Pelican to confirm alignment of my 1982 part(s) number with the 1979 cars.

Maybe DC66 has provided the answer. Thanks Will try. Alan |
I have an 82 930 and use 1979 for the search of buying parts. I have not encountered any issues when ordering parts.

I don't have any problem ordering parts. Just a mater of finding them. Often I search via my SC vehicle and see if it is 930 compatible. When coming to specific 930 parts, I could not pull up a 930 catalogue.
I will try entering under '79. looks like that will work. Thx DC66. Alan |
