Do the T flanges on headers normally sit slightly tilted rearward on 930's?

I’m hacking off the open T4 flange (which I added a divider later) and putting a proper divided T4 flange on and noticed the flange is not parallel to the primary flanges.

Is that normal?

This one is slightly tilted rearwards and am wondering if there’s a reason for it or I should weld it parallel?

May be hard to tell, but if you look, the primary flanges are in a linear plane in the photo but the turbine flange is slightly tilted rearward.

Didnt know if that is standard 930 stuff or a mistake by whom made these headers back in the day?

I know when I fit up the T4 housing on the Garrett I had to positioned the flange rotated and tilted to get the best fit in the chassis. Guessing it probably has to do with the hook up connections and turbo configuration.

Thank you. The car came with a Turbonetics 60-1 HiFi, so it’s probably no larger than a triple K.

Was just wondering if 930 headers were the same from the factory?
