BBS E50 Fitment on turbo body Carrera

Hi there,

I’ve been searching high and low for days now, and a lot of people are running many different setups (and widths) for their 930 turbos and turbo body Carreras. I’m currently in the process of rebuilding E50’s in 17x9 (5” inner, 4” outer) 17x11 (5 inner, 6” outer). I’m currently running 30mm spacers upfront, 60mm spacers in the rear (would like to eliminate the spacers) current pics are with the spacers on. I’ve read and heard different things regarding the specs I’ve said above (either X11 will rub with 315/35/17’s) or (4” lip upfront is too wide). Can anyone elaborate on this, has anyone else have similar specs on a factory turbo body/flares carrera? Really do appreciate it. Thanks

Standard 16x8 +13 fuch wheel (with 30mm spacer)

BBS e50 5” inner, 4” outer (with 60mm spacer)

9's and 11's will fit fine. If you're running 30 and 60 mm spacers, you should change spacers to bring the wheels in. You may need to roll the front fenders to clear the tires especially if it's been lowered much and your running bigger front tires (255 or 275).

What wheels were you running before the BBS that you needed to use such large spacers?

I would try the 30mm spacers out back and see if that gives you adequate clearance. The fronts might just work without spacers, based on your pictures, but you might axperience tire scrub against fender wall at steering lock. just have to be careful how much you turn the wheel when parking.

Well, after 7 months later, the wheels are finally complete and are on the car. I’ve also ordered and received (yet to be put on) some bilstein’s and a few other things off elephant racing. Super stoked in how they look/fit. No spacers at all. Ended up going 9.5” fronts, and 11.5” rears (was originally 11”)

Are these double stepped to 17" ? Can you post more pics? Trying to decide if I want to buy a set of Gotti's but right now I'm not sure if I want to go double step
