(2) exman studs needed - size

Anyone happen to have a pair of spares laying around? Had a pair exit the chat, getting annoying (likely due to my previous timecert effort years ago)

If not, what size are they - and - what is your suggested source?

Does the standard size come long enough to double-nut for install with header in-situ?

Alternatively - suggested ARP source for (2) not a whole kit of (12)? Pretty sure these have allen heads for easy install.

Any assistance appreciated!

Belmetric is your friend for anything metric. Check it out. Have used them for years. Use the copper coated flange locknuts and you don't have to double nut.

I will look in my garage tonight and get you the specs. Chances are, I have a couple of spares as I am going to use much thicker exhaust flanges than stock, so stock will probably not work. If I find they are too short, they are yours.

What I found does not match the PET. According to the Porsche parts catalog the studs are supposed to be 35mm long. What I have is 50.1mm and 50.6mm long (maybe different supplier?). I am certain that these were in my heads on the exhaust side. If you want them. they are yours.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1727845069.jpg

Those seems to be correct. DIN and newer norm alway tell the lenght without the part screwed-in. So in your case it's 35 (rather 34)mm stud D2 means 34 plus 2xDiameter 16 = 50mm

Thanks so much Ollie and Roland - that's very kind of you, I appreciate it.

Kenny here is driving me a pair next week - should they be shorter I'll take you up on it, as I'm wondering if they're going to be long enough to install with header in-situ to be able to double-nut them.

Any insight there is HELPFUL!
