oil pressure test gauge ?
looking to temporarily install a oil pressure test gauge in place of the factory sending unit. Before i remove the sensor can any one recommend a gauge with the correct threads or possibly a flexible manifold hose type gauge. i want to double check my dash gauge.,
I had a universal china one for fuel injection but it leaks i just tossed it out. I don't want to chance cross threading anything .. you know what they say " any 20 minute job is just a 1/4 turn away from being a 2 day affair" Thanks in advance Regards Ned

I use a Bosch mechanical gauge with an NPT threaded end : Bosch SP0F000052 Style Line 2" Mechanical Oil Pressure Gauge
at the same time I bought a BOSCH SP0F000006 Nylon Tubing Kit for Gauges it's been a while but I think every thing I needed was there or I borrowed a fitting from my CIS gauge set It is nice to verify with a mechanical gauge when in doubt ..... |
