438 rwhp and 413 rwtq - I think there is more in it & I may have a boost leak. I was finishing the car right before the dyno run I hosted..........and Murphy's law was in effect and I f'd up the IC install, leaving out an IC spacer. The IC is cockeyed just a bit.
Still, pretty good numbers - ![]()

Pushing against the limits of CIS? Impressive numbers there.

Good thing is wih the IA fuel head/Leask adjustable WUR & RPM switch & solenoid combination ---- nowhere close to the limits of CIS as far as fuel delivery is concerned.

that is an impresive pull.... and the turbo sound is growing on me...but it is an aquired taste....
really neat how linear your pull sounds (reving fast from start to finish).... in mine last weekend it started kinda slow then really picked up... what rpm did u start at? 3k? really nice car

Started at 2,000. Alex (shop owner) said the higher HP cars rev pretty quick....makes sense, eh?

Very cool!
Is that a fan on top of the intercooler? I'm planning to remove my fiberglass rear bumper for the EFI dyno tuning. Did you notice the turbo getting hotter on the dyno?

Alex bungeed a BIG fan on the intercooler.
The highest temps I saw on the 50 degree day was 80 degrees at the intercooler outlet. I had him add a fan to the lower left to cool the K27 Hyflow turbo that Kevin made - http://www.ultimatemotorwerks.com/ The turbo and especially the manifold join pipes glow a bit red during the runs ![]()

Looky what is waiting to be installed - after the monsoons have passed, that is.
![]() The RUF IC outlet temps are now about 150, used to be 130 max on the track. Is your car up and running? Pics/dyno runs?

Would you, please, put up a photo, or two, to show your WUR setup? I would like to see a schematic, showing how this works, too. Thank you in advance. Tom

Awesome numbers. Here's my dyno with Brian's WUR setup showing the effects of the RPM switch/WUR mod. Take note of the AFR curve before (blue) and after (red). Gained 30-40 RWTQ across the board. The RPM switch delayed boost enrichment until 4400 RPM. After that, the AFR lines are exactly the same

David's setup and AFRs are what inspired me to make the leap -
"Who needs EFI?" (Flame on........)

My charts from last Saturday:
1) See the HP difference from before (red) and after (other colors)? Still FAR from ideal. Much more tuning needed. 2) AFRs are still funky, but in the opposite direction (lean). See before (red) and after (blue). Ignore the MSD ignition interference spike -

I like, Nice blown six. The engine build is on Rennlist with pics, the engine is not yet fitted to the car but will be soon.
