Does anybody have an alarm in there car
I am thinking of installing an alarm in my car before I put in the carpets. Does anybody recommend a certain type or brand ?. And yes I do have a kill switch.

What are you looking at installing?
I am where you are.....I am looking at installing an Auto Page alarm, with a kill switch, and perhaps a Boomerang......I believe it's auto page, or Thunderpage......silent arm, disarm, pager, completely customizable......yadda yadda......
I figure the Boomerang only works AFTER the car has been taken....insurance is nice, but there are only so many Euro spec 930's around to replace it with, and I really would like to keep the one I have now..... Mark

I just have the factory Porsche alarm system... I'd like to fit a keyless entry system in there though.

I installed an inexpensive Black Widow keyless entry. It has a feature for "starter" defeat. I was really only interested in the keyless entry part but the product works well and was easy to install. The more expensive models have the standard alarm features too.
