I don't know what the number is, but that's Greg's car, which is for sale. He just bought the air filter so he might be able to tell you. http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=315707
I have one as well, but bought mine used, so no number... Looks like Fabspeed carries them. http://www.fabspeed.com/other_products.html Last edited by A930Rocket; 12-17-2006 at 05:01 PM.. |

yeah, about 30 min after I posted this I found it on the Fabspeed website...
![]() What's everyone recommend as far as intake filter systems? What's everyone using? Surely the factory airbox is not the "hot" thing...?? ![]() And Yeah, Greg's car is sweet!!! I would love to pick his brains about it but I don't want to bother him as I am not in a position to buy his car (and keep my marrige intact...) He probably has enough calls to wade thru right now anyway.. cheers!!

There's a bunch of opinions on the aftermarket air filters. One problem is what to do with the line form the air/oil seperator? If you just install a small crankcase vent, it will eventually get wet enough to drip oil I've heard. Someone carries an billet air filter that has a fitting for the line from the air/oil seperator, but it was like $300. It was discussed on the Rennlist 911 Turbo forum awhile back. I have mine running to a Moroso air/oil seperator that has breather on top. $75 from Summit Racing.
The one thing that I like is that they really clean up the engine compartment and make it easier to get to a lot of things. |
