It wasn't in the USA, and based on the pics this is a USA model. If original it is a 505 code car with the 'normal' 930 motor (~282 hp). And, it most likely stickered at $101,000 INCLUDNG the slant package (possibly less - my 1987 factory 505 turbo stickered at $89,900, and it has almost every option: heated seats, limited slip, 12-way power leather.....) And, I don't know the production #'s for 1988, but I think the production # of 641 is for ALL years of USA slant nose production, including all body styles. In '87 according to PCA, only 87 code 505 coupes were produced.....

KellCats - did you look at the picture of the engine one the Barrett-Jackson site? sure that is a 282 hp motor?

Ahhh, no.... That one has the special Bentley edition motor.....

I think they photoshopped the pictures though - it would have to have a massive hump in the front bonnet to get that shoehorned in there, but think of it.... You might be able to fit your golf clubs in the back.
