Wheels - FORGELINE for 930s
In my continuing quest for street wheels for the 930, I have found Forgeline to be one of the nicest nice looking wheels.
Anyone have a set on their 930, or have experiences with the company or their products? P.S. What do you think - one of these wheels in 17": ![]() ![]() On this car: ![]() ![]()

Yes, they look nice. Have I seen them crack - yes. Same with Fikse; both this past summer...

I don't think those wheels are available in 17's. The site indicates 18's and up. Definitely nice wheels, though.
edit: My bad, apparently the ZX-3 R does come in 17inch sizes... Get'em. They will look good. ![]()

Craig - Did you read the big thread on Forgeline over at the Rennlist 928 forum in regard to their issues surrounding poor service, poor quality and so on? I would check on it before proceeding.

What widths, time frame for order-to-delivery, and what was your cost?
These also look nice, I am also considering them -

![]() Having said that, I have also heard someone bent his new Kinesis from hitting too much turtle... rumor has it that the latest Kinesis used 5000 series aluminum instead of T6061. All these kinda told me that they might all crack. And based on comments from many, I am not sure if there is significant quality difference between these ones. FWIW - I have been using a set of Kinesis for the last 4-5 years, and am getting a set of Kodiak (from Jeff). I was told it will be ~8 weeks lead time.

My plan is to get 9 and 11.5" widths, but I haven't taken exact measurements yet since my car is STILL at my tuners.
I'll be buying from fellow Pelican, catca. I'd PM him for price and delivery questions.

I don't see any evidence of crappy customer service or any more 'problems' than any other wheel.
