They took the greatest care from the word go on all aspects of the work at hand. A HUGE thanks to Tony and the crew at Plus One.

Looks great Chris. We met about a year and half ago at a Porsche club Saturday drive. I had a white 77', stock.

I was just asking others about your car on the 911 Tech forum, couldn't remember your login name.

I've changed cars to a midnight blue '92 now. Hope to see you at a Porsche drive or DE this year. Just driving behind your car was a rush, especially on downshifts / flame outs :-)

Chris,
I'll get some pics taken here in the next few days and post them.

What track days, club drives are you planning this year?

I will probably do a few arrive and drives and thats about it until I deal with a CIS issue. I might just gut the CIS and go EFI. I dont do anything hardly at all with ORPCA any more. Way too many snobs for me. Too much cheese and wine and not enough Porsche if you know what I mean.

I am the Vice President of a local multi marque car club called XcessiveSpeedz. We meet every weekend for coffee and drives when the weather allows and go to a ton of shows in and out of state. I have NEVER had this much fun with any other club!

How bout you? You should come join us for an evening. It is a very diverse crowd when it comes to ages and cars. We have members from 18 to 50+ and a range of cars from Honda to Lamborghini with a total at the moment of 38 members. We have a lot of fun and we always welcome people to come out and chat!

PM me and lets exchange info. Would love to meet up with you at some point again and see your car again! Its been a while.

Looking forward to seeing your pics when you get them!

Chris..

I like the Xcessivespeedz concept!

Funny how some of the larger organizations forget their roots at the chapter level, as the players change, the cars become more "store bought" and the slide down the slippery slope of snobdom begins!

Check us out at www.xcessivespeedz.com

You will see in our photo gallery under "event pictures" etc. how much fun we have!

Its just nice to be with a bunch of people who are down to earth and just love cars of all shapes and sizes. No one in our club cares how much money you make or how big your house is either!

Your thoughts on larger organizations is SO true!

Yeah,

I used to be a board member of a couple of those local orgs.. I got soooo fried with the "sweater tied around the shoulder types"....

We've got a couple of cool informal gatherings in this area too.. one we call "Church of the Holy Donut". Early Sunday morning gathering (8:00am) at the Duncan Donuts lot on Rt 198 & 29 in Silver Spring...oh yeah, and that's on the other Coast (MD)! All kinds of cars, Harley's..street rods, exotics.. its a gear heads delight!

Nice website..

If I can find some pics I'll post them up when I get a chance..

See ya..
