Seat Wiring
Hi,
I had some old Recarro's that I took out of my 85 930. I bought some Stock Leather Porsche seats off Ebay. My Recarro's were not electric, these new seats are. I have a 8-position plug in the car. On the seats I have the 8 position plug but an additional two prong plug on the seat. I don't have the two position plug in the car. The seats have two 4-way toggle switches on them. Can someone tell me what the two position plug is for and how should it be wired in? Thanx! Les |

The two prong connector could be for the seatbelt (drivers side only). It's for the seatbelt light and buzzer in the car.

Got me! I don't know anything about heated seats. I kinda doubt it just because the gauge of the wires seems small.
