what was the wire colors on the boos sensor?

The boost sensor was white.

The wire to the over boost sensor/switch I believe was brown and while.

hey man im trying to hook the stock boost guage up, i found a brown and white trace wire my sensor has 2 connectors.the diagram shows only 1 connection at the sensor but which pin do i use on the sensor? the g or wk?

sorry Pete my new sensor only had the one pin connector so I can't help you with this.

Make sure your IC is earthed well.

Just got home.. there is a ground for the IC? Maybe thats why i'm reading .3 Bar with the engine off..

The IC bolts to the engine and uses the engine as a path to ground check your main engine ground .looks like a smashed braided hose. a bad main ground can cause all kinds of electrical issues. I think if you lose your main ground it will ground thru the clutch cable,also not good

Isn't the IC mounted using rubber isolators? I'll check Sunday, see if I can ground it and see if there is a change..

The stock IC should be grounded fine (providing the transmission earth trap to the body is in place).
An aftermaket IC is well isolated from heat from the engine. This means that you really need to actually earth the IC using a wire. I will earth my Kokeln.
Earth your stock one anyway.
