Right headlamp getting no power - 86 911

As the subject says I am getting to power to my right headlamp.
The fuse has NO power as well.
If I jump that fuse to one that works the light goes on.

I replaced the headlamp switch a couple of years ago.

Any ideas are appreciated, Of course this happens when I am due for state inspection

Do you have headlight relays?

If not, maybe time to upgrade. Without relays, the power is switched in the headlight switch itself, which is why they burn up regularly.
