I've searched under about every phrase I could imagine and see no wastegate springs at all on Pelican. If you have a link please post it! I'm getting a used .8 bar spring and will be selling my OEM 1(?) Bar (goes to 1.17+/- Bar with my K27 7200).

Not with CIS or a stock engine.

I didn't look here, but if they aren't available here, Performance Products has 1 and 1.2 bar springs, but not .8 bar springs. I don't really know if anyone is selling .8 bar springs. But I do know not to recommend any other vendor besides Pelican at Pelican's chat room......lol.

Dude, you need to take your vehicle to someone who can tell you what is going on. It is worthless to try to guess what your set up is.

If you have a stock CIS, you can maybe run up to 1 bar, if you tune the AFR correct and your WUR supplies enough fuel under boost. But you are better off at .8 bar, which is about stock.

If you have a modified fuel system, with extra fuel under boost, you can run 1 bar quite nicely. You may likely have this, considering your boost gauge would be suicide without a modified fuel head.

The problem with your situation is that you are proceeding without any real knowledge of your set up, as far as I can tell, and it is time for you to have your fuel system tuned by a professional who can tell you the best set up for your current fueling system, be it stock or modified.

You have reached a dead end with how many questions you can ask in cyberspace without knowing anything about your car, in my humble opinion.

Time to get it checked out.
