89 930 front fuel pump question
Does anyone have the wiring diagram handy and can tell me where the activation originates going to the relay. Front fuel pump does not come on with ignition, new pump, and works when I jump from pin 30 to pin 87. Thanks for any advice anyone can supply.

The pumps will not come on until the CIS metering plate moves. IOW engine is cranking.

Thanks Nathan for responding, when the engine was running, the rear fuel pump was really straining, brand new pumps, when I jumped pin 30 to 87 on the front pump, the rear fuel pump sounded normal and better engine performance. I have made an adjustment to my air fuel ratio and now they both seem to be working fine, must have been a bit out of adjustment I guess. Does this sound right to you?

Not sure. You might be better to replace the relays for each pump. From what I have read the overboost relay in the rear of the car cuts both pumps so it shouldn't be that.
