H20,

Right on the front fender below the fuel door. You could put your Kills on there in a row...very cool idea. I'm going to make some that are magnets for the Porsche Parade This could be fun...

Do it Robert, cut me in on the deal so I can buy parts for my car. Ya you see a lot of people try to ignore you ,but you always see the people do the double takes too. It seems like kids with their parents get the biggest kick when you pull up and they're in the back seat plastered to the window with thumbs up and a huge smile.

Robert
Dont forget to accent the trash can sized muffler, adjustable wing, and gray primer paint job on the Japenese magnet. Haaaaaaaaaa! that would kill.

The latest J.D. Powers figures have Ford ahead in quality for the 2006 model year over a lot of "foreign precision engineered automobiles" like Toyota, for example. I think the notion of the inferiority of American cars and Ford cars, specifically, should be a thing of past among literate, logical consumers.

Geez, I don't know. I was looking at the Mustangs at the auto show and there were wads of carpet balls on the floor from people getting in and out of the car... I mean a LOT of it, and the plastic paneling inside looks cheap as can be Maybe you are talking about body panels, paint and drivetrain quality?

The Mustang is an affordable muscle car. It's not perfect, it's not posh, and it's not expensive. It does what it needs to do well and looks great doing it. And the sound.... nothing short of orgasmic. Ford hit a home run with that one.

We all love our Porsches but let's not forget that others don't like to have the "rich guy's car" rubbed in their face. A characature of a ricer pasted on your front fender will likely get you the kind of attention you don't need.

Its all just in fun...Those kills are just a quick powerpoint throw together. Like I said make them magnetic and much smaller and dont run around town with them on all the time. Just more of a joke...Besides I wouldnt use those that was just a conceptual idea.

Great highly competitive machines have always had some sort of identifier that reflected its prowess. One good reason WWII fighter pilots put kills on there birds, was not only for morale but to put fear in your enemy. P-40 shark mouth was designed to scare the hell out of the Japanese. As a fishing culture they were terrified of sharks. Germans did similar thing to reflect ther yellow nose crack outfits. Most pilots would run when they saw them. Its justa joke a I still think its funny but kinda silly....

I agree it would be a funny thing to do, trouble is some folks take things like that the wrong way.

Kill Stickers

I believe I saw some "Kill" stickers on TurboJet's (See postings on this site) Saab. One was of a Yugo, two were for defeating Isettas, two for Citroens and, unfortunately yes, FIVE were for dominating Mustangs!!! Sorry but its true.

had a guy in an Audi S4 (looked like a microsoft programmer with pocket protecor and all) glued to my bumper while cruising in 2nd gear on a clover leaf type on ramp, didn't think anything of it until he decided to break-out and pass on the outside of the two lane on ramp, so I thought, fine, lets go. . .about 3 seconds later all I saw in my rear view mirror was a little red dot at .8 bar boost, 3rd gear, and 5500 RPM's, hopefully he learned his lesson. . .

My favorite time was when I spanked my old mans 360 spider. Before we got on the high way to go home from someones house he said "we are not racing so leave me alone!" Well thats not what the Ferrari said when it hit the on ramp at 120 with a turbo Porsche glued to its ass end. I was 2 or 3 inches from the back of his car and he was pisssssed. He screamed at me when we got off the highway.... he was just mad that his 18 year old son desimated his shinny red car.
His Evo 996TT is a diffrent story though....

A lot of bang for the buck and good looks to boot too. I just got ragged on by the wife for washing mine. Shes like "I thought I would find you here". She will never understand my love for fat tail.

Recently had a run in with a 07 M5...sort of. Usually most cars either seeing you behind them or see you ahead of them and will either let off the gas or catch up to you and check it out. The M5 was no different. He came from behind and tried to pull up on me in stealth like fashion to check out his next possible victim (currently running the RS 3.8 tail and no turbo script) and eventually I could see him roll his window down. It appeared that he stab at his throttle to initiate something but I immediately gave it a little gas which then lets the turbo spool up whistling loudly out of the zork tube. I think this in itself, made him realize it was not an ordinary 911 so he backed off and returned to the far right lane.

Gotta love these cars!!

shaka - maybe you let a flame slip out of that zork and scared him?

I find BMW guys are more into checking the car out, whereas GTI/VW's are pests. But that's just the demographic, I suppose. And don't get me started on S2000's... *sheesh*

I decided right then I'll never sell this car

H20, you will defenatly shoot flames with a zork as long as your running even a little rich. I got fireballs out of my old cis car with a stock Euro sys. you will have no problem.
