I've got a teaser picture from when I was doing the test fits. The fit was done using the bumper I purchased here on the BBS before it was painted.

How does it fit? Is perfect good enough for ya?
Quality is good. The fiberglass is the correct thickness and the gel coat is smooth. The only prep work I did before painting was wet sanding. That's it.

I noticed on your website you have many interesting items. What caught my eye was a listing for a GT3 style zork tube for our cars. I assume this a dual tip out the center? That sounds cool and I would be interested to see what it looks like.

I was thinking about have a dual tip fabbed up to exit the center like the zork but it appears you are one step ahead...

Got any pics?

The GT3 style Zork has a problem that I am trying to work through - cost.
Zorks are very expensive to manufacture in the first place due to the bend and the flange. Adding a beautiful twin chrome tip bumps the price nearly $100.
I plan to do more development work once we (Ben and I) get through with the initial run of mufflers and Zorks.

Dual outlet? Now I wish I would have waited!

Happy with the Zork that Ben supplied (from Brian's original), w/ o2 bung. o2 readings are stable at that location.

The GT3s are a ways off until I find a less expensive way to make a good product. If you still want one at that time I'll convert yours or give you a credit towards a new one.

That Pearl White bumper looks familiar! Brian, if I gave you dimensions to where my current exhaust exits could you make something up to come close? I simply come out of a FabSpeed single out with a long 90, straight out the back with a slight cutout in the bottom of the glass bumper. If not, could I buy just the flange from you and i'll TIG the thing together?

Thanks!

Hey Gary, yes that pearl bumper should look familiar to you.
You should see it now! I plan to post pictures when I get it put back on the car.
E-mail me some pix of your bumper and a description of what you want and we'll go from there. If I can't do it Ben or I will get you a flange.

h20, they shouldn't bother you here in VA, I don't have any mufflers on my F350. I didn't have any mufflers on my Bronco about ten years ago and was pulled over. The Trooper said it was loud and wanted to see if I had a hole in the muffler, when he saw there were no mufflers he just said ok, and let me go.

I'm rebuilding he turbo motor right now and may need one of those wastegate pipes here shortly.

The waste gate dump only makes noise on boost; you control that.
The zork has an increased sound level all of the time.
Sounds like you need both! Ha!

I plan on having the loudest car in Va.

I just bought that shiny zork that Brian is showing off, and also some B+B headers.

My wastegate pipe is exactly 1/2 inch long. It looks more like a hole in the wastegate than a real pipe.

Zork looks great no question, but is it possible to do 180 out of the turbo and have the pipe exit in it's stock location
