Had a cost comparision on the News last night. Of course Flying is less $$ but you dont get your car either. I think they were quoting on a family of 4. The Prez of da Superferry comes on & gives his schpeel about what you are getting for your $$......... Anyway use it when you feel the need.
Got more pics of that Black Beauty?

If you are traveling at the speed of light & turn on your headlights, does anything happen?

Wow $260? I heard it was supposedly under $100 but wouldn't doubt it with the prices nowadays. I guess those island hops will be a lot less frequent than I thought. Oh well, still gotta do it but should probably wait till they iron out all the kinks.
I saw the stripes and thought it was Scott's shop. Now you need some nice Porsche crests painted on your walls.

I drove all three 911s yesterday and this is my impression. I got used to the 930 and when I jumped into my 3.2 cab, the clutch felt like a wet noodle. Up until then, I thought the clutch was a little stiff. The suspension on the 3.2 is more supple and forgiving while the 930 just pounds you! I'm used to the brakes on the 3.2 and think they stop better than the 930. However, the 3.2 does not have the additional mass and width of the 930.

The 996 is a different story as it is so easy to drive and has higher limits. The best compromise for everyday driving is the 3.2, but for fun, you can't beat the 930!

I've also driven 993 and 996 turbos and I love the 993tt and it is so easy to drive. For a daily driver turbo, I'd choose the 993. For a beast, take the 930!

Is this a case of "Too many Porsche's, Too little Time!"?

What's the deal with the tail lights? I notice some have amber outer lenses while quite a few have the red?

Did certain years come with the amber?

Sharp car BTW !

Not necessarily. I have a 85 RoW Carrera cab that has the red lights as it was required for Federalization. Lots of people just change the American red ones because they prefer the look of the Euro ambers.
