Body kit installation

Hello all,

My c2 kit arrived today for the SC and I am stoked -- now, just need to either find a body shop that will affordably install it or do it myself.

I am prepping and painting the pieces myself but how much can I expect to pay to put the fron t/rear/side skirts on?

Should I just take the time and do it myself? If so, does anyone have a decent diagram as to what really needs to be done to remove and install?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

If you can prep amd paint yourself you can put the body parts on.
What kind of kit is it? Fiberglass, steel, OEM?

DonE is over here now as well.

installing a body kit

Thanks for the response. The kit is made from FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic?) and bought from NR automotive...very well made and came with massive bumper reinforcements as well as molding for side strips, Heck, they even put the grills on the lower portion of the front bumper...very impressed.

But I have no clue where to start in removing the bumpers! I can do paintwork and things such as that...but bodywork or disassembling....um, no...but could with a little guidance...that's where my new friends at Pelican come in...I hope!
