Well you actually can, but it's fairly easy to ruin your pricey BB turbo by shutting it off too prematurely w/o waiting things to cool. Further, if you run oil-reducer orifice (often needed on BB's) there will be even less oil to keep things cool.

Water loop is cheap insurance.

When I get five minutes I will post some pictures. Both my 911's are sat in the corner of the workshop, both are MOTed and Taxed (UK!) but I never have time to drive either as I'm trying to buy a Garage and MOT centre at the moment!

I will start work on my G50 one soon, but the engine will definately be next year. Do any of you lads keep alot of engine related spares (ie 964 cams, 964 barrells etc), as this is all the sort of stuff I will be after next year...
