Ben I hope to run 1 bar of boost if thats going to make a difference. If I ever upgrade to the High Flow will I need a 46. I would rather be on the safe side than borderline.

i have a 46mm waste gate with a 5psi spring. the reason for the low spring is for the eletcronic boost controller, which is not hooked up yet, But with a k-27 hfs turbo it still runs at .9 bar so with a 38 mm you might overboost. still working the bugs out and tuning everything but my stock clutch went south before i had everything dialed in. So hopefully in a couple weeks....

I use a Turbo X MBC to control boost also, my 38 has a .5 spring also. I have never run boost
past 9lbs with the K27 as my other engine it was hooked up too was a 3.0 SC engine.

Now with the 3.3 pistons and cylinders, lower compression, twin plug and Euro CIS from an 86 with a 7th injector and intercooler. I would like to run up to 1 bar.
I hope I can fit the 46mm in the space I have the 38 or I will have to make up a new crossover pipe.
