Angry As far as I can tell, the 930 has no blow off valve ....

...I wonder why that is? Isn't that kind of hard on the turbo?

It uses a recirculating valve instead since CIS doesn't like an opening to atmosphere. It is located in the left side of the manifold under the intercooler. Here is a pic from Pelican:

Oh... ok, I wonder if that's what is making my clicking noise when I blip the throttle? ... I think there was a thread about that one other time. I just didn't put the two together.

Yeah, chances are the gaskets at each end are gone. This is a common issue.

Imagine auto will send you a set up that is ready to go. They use a Evolution motorsports diverter valve, and you can remove your factory recirculation unit.

I sent them a picture and it turned out that mine was already updated.

If you get a bigger intercooler with a long neck, you can do it then, since the long neck style requires removing the old style recirculating unit.

Yeah, and it's perfect opportunity to check and tighten the myriads of hoses underneath. I cured my oscillating idle and clunking sound in one step.

+1 on the loose hoses just about every one of them were loose. this was the one thing I did not take apart when I put everything together I was told by several people do not screw with anything on the intake or with the fuel injection until you get it running. well it was running a couple months long enough for me to find most of the rest of the bugs.
