Evolution Motorsports has a 996 Supercharger kit.
A fellow in our local PCA has been running one in his DE car for a couple of years. No issues that I am aware of.

You may check Rennlist for seemingly more active 996 owners. IA was also working with some water pumper setups.

Certainly all the magazine articles sound positive

Here is a (bad) picture of the 996 Supercharger installed in the car mensioned above. I took this picture a couple of years ago at a DE we attended. The installation was very clean and looked factory. I believe the car is now mostly track driven.

Sweet! I am debating between buying a '99 996 and supercharge it to 420hp or a 79-86 930, you guys may see it as blasphemy but I am leaning towards the comfort of the supercharged 996 as opposed to stock 930. I think I can get more bang for my buck, ya know?

By the way there is an incredible '86 guards red Ruf 930 for sale at windy city autos in chicago, but I cant afford 50k, somebody should scoop that bad boy up quick!
