Bringing this back from the dead - so the port forward of the filler tube is just capped off?

Trying to finish off this on my 86. Any help would be appreciated.

That's correct - not used in Turbo applications.

Hay Raw. The upper port in the filler tube can be capped.
But shouldn't the lower port in front of the filler tube still go to the crankcase vent?

We're thinking of different ports, Deez (not THOSE "ports" ) - Volts to the Scrote is talking about the one in the pic that has a cap on it - at the forward base of the fille neck, butt not on the neck (factory deal for mid-late 1980's models).
