Cylinder #4 air injection black

Since this is my first Turbo PPI, I need your input on what I have found.

The questions relate to a 1986 930.

There is a black colored liquid coming from what looks to be the air injection tube on the head of cylinder #4. What kind of issues am I looking at here? Has anyone else seen this problem? What could this eventually lead to if not repaired?

Also, are special tools instruments necessary for the Turbo Charger and AFM or should that be left to the shops?

I have attached a couple pictures of what was found.

Thanks for your help with this.
