Hi All:
I have been lurking for a long time, couple years. I have learned an unbelievable amount about these works of art with soul. It will be a long time before I can offer anything to this to this wealth of information. Reading this forum and the options of it's members, I believe helped me make a wise decision on a car I have have wanted for 20 years but knew little about it. thanks to you, I think I got a great car.
1987 930 US
PO had most of the Imagine Auto engine upgrades done to the car. After about 800 miles I am a happy camper, what a machine!

Question:

What air fuel ratio device to you recommend ?
I think I should keep an eye on these numbers.

That is a GREAT 930!!! welcome.
You have a great wheel and tire combo as well. I really like the Mich cups!

As for an A/F monitoring device, I use the innovate LC-1 w/ the XD-16. Great tool to monitor and tune. Easy enough to install other than the wires barely reaching the dash where I mounted the gauge.

Awesome car Dude! I was behind one of these cars the other day, with dual exhausts, and it sounded great.

One of my customers/friends has an 86 930 that I got to drive for the first time last weekend. All I can say is....Wow!

Of course now, I knew it would happen, I don't want to drive my 944's or my SC anymore. No, not really, but you know what I mean. Nothing handles like a 930. It commands the road.

EDIT: I use a Gunson Gas Tester to set the AFR.

I run the same Innovate set up as Shaka and strongly recommend it! Very important numbers to pay mind to!
