Replacement Wastegate
Is there such thing as an affordable/reliable replacement wastegate for the 930? $500-ish bucks is tough to digest for a simple device as such.

OEM wastegates are pretty reliable and easy to disassemble--watch that spring fly when loosening the cover bolts! The only real wear item is the diaphragm, which Stephen at Imagineauto has replacements in stock.

I agree there is not much options though we sell em for 450 but that is still pretty high but the cost from tial is pretty darn high as well so not much margin

Ben, nice price - is that for the generic 46mm Tial, or the 930-specific model (with the shaved heat sink fins)?

My diaphragm is good, it's the valve seat that failed. There also seems to be quite a bit of slack in the valve guide. It has 120k on it.
